I’ve always hated the gym scene and was literally afraid of it because of the stereotypical belief I had about them combined with my low self esteem and whether I actually fit in or not. Chris was the most friendly, awesome and down to earth guy I’ve ever met and so I thought I’d give personal training a try. I was 49 when I first started working with him and I was worried about my health and what I’d look like in the near future if I didn’t do something to change the dreaded process of trying to age gracefully. On the first session, he listened intensely to what I wanted to achieve and over a period of time of working together he helped transform me – not only physically but also mentally. With his guidance, knowledge and motivation I have seen such a positive change in not just my physical appearance, but most importantly, a huge change in how I feel about myself! Chris helped me conquer my initial goals that I set and now I’m starting to work on a whole new set of goals. I know I can’t fulfill these without his motivational training and skill set. This guy is awesome and when he says you become part of his family… he really means it! Thank you Chris for being there to help me reach new heights and for motivating me to attain positive results I never thought were possible!
